after trying very unsucessfully to drill out, i wouldnt recommend. try moled grips with heat and it not get a welder to weld something on to turn them out as normal?

No its got a standard airkit setup, just k+n filter. mileage approx 32k.

Ive had a look at that stuff before, but tbh unless it looks broken hard to know you havent got something dodgy going on....

Nothing that should affect that then. Under no load could be the chain rattling a bit? Perhaps a bit too loose or maybe too tight? Even though its only at 4k, it would be worth checking the rear...
