Re: Boots with laces.

Re: Gripe of the day - What is yours?
A friend of mine's brother was a bee keeper and found a wasp nest in a neighbours compost heap, killed them by misting it with petrol.
This may be a method of killing your wasps without harming the...

Re: Gripe of the day - What is yours?
I was told that with the AZ vaccine it's the first jab that plays you up (if it's going to), but with the Pfizer vaccine the follow up is the one that may cause a reaction.
Not sure how true this...

Re: feelin' old...
Not much of an LZ fan either, agree with Craig - Immigrant Song or Rock and Roll are my favourites.
Got me thinking though, my favourite bands (Joy Division and The Smiths) aren't going to be far...

Re: The Covid19 thread
I've got my jab wednesday morning, hopefully no side effects as I'm supposed to be on nights :)
Funny thing was, I got an email telling me I'm in the critical risk group a few days ago, having...

Re: Vegetarians....
I had got 5 kilos off and got down to 85 (13 stone 3lbs from 14 stone) by cutting out sugar and eating less bread, this took a year or so.
Unfortunately, with xmas and my wife's 50th a couple of...

Re: Are you observing Lockdown 2.0?
I can't work from home due to the nature of my job, ride a bike into Central London and work in a large office with a small number of staff, so haven't really been too badly affected by the Covid...

Re: Social Distancing ...
No real difference to me, still ride into Central London for work, walk the dog daily and stay indoors pretty much the rest of my off duty time - about the only thing I'm missing is popping round to...

Re: Gripe of the day - What is yours?
That's awful, bad enough that a friend of mine has just found he's now terminally ill and has months left, at least he's nearly 60. Losing someone so young must really test your sanity, not sure I'd...

Re: sv1000's are now ULEZ exempt
Political element, and a financial one too - I believe other cities are watching London with interest to see how much of a return there is on this prohibition!
I changed my SV to a later model...
