Re: We're back.....

I have a place already booked in a home for the terminally confused. Too many of these disturbances to the continuity of things and I'll end up there rather sooner than I was anticipating! :-D

Re: The running thread.

Looks good! I'd say get kitted and run with the two of them on a split lead. It's huge fun.

Have a look here: https://www.k9trailtime.com/shop/

I'd recommend the Rock Empire belt (the one with...

Re: The running thread.

It's a great feeling ain't it? The hardest part, I find, is actually getting out the door at the start. I'm absolutely blessed with some glorious countryside and trails here, and once I'm out there...

Re: Frame weld crack!

Get the frame checked to make sure it's not twisted and then find someone good to reweld I'd say.

Re: B*ll*cks

That's really crap Craig, sorry to hear this. At least you are fairly intact and the bike is replaceable. May be worth a trip to your GP to get checked over though.

Re: Please help clutch push rod.

It shouldn't really. Take it out, clean it, and make sure it's free to slide up and down the push rod tunnel.

Re: The running thread.

Wow! Well done DD. Some solid training coming up then by the look of it. I was chatting with someone today who runs quite a few marathons and half marathons and he said the key to longer runs is...

Re: The running thread.

What I like about Strava and other similar recording/tracking apps are the details they provide about your run. It encourages me to compete against myself and improve. Nice to look back over the...

Re: The running thread.

Great stuff Darren, but don't forget the runner's mantra of "run, rest, run, rest". Run one day, rest the next. Walk, cycle, swim, or something like that on rest days.

Re: Smile of the day - What is yours?

Lovely day out on the bike today, riding to various jobs. Dry, salt free roads, blue sky and sunshine. Not really that cold either.
