Braking performance is limited by grip betwixt tyre and road rather than hardware.

I find the AL7 seat comfortable enough.

Only ever ridden the AL7 model of SV and I find the standard seat comfortable enough for all day riding.

As I understand it, one cable pulls the throttle open, the other cable is there to pull it shut.
Throttles designed to have single cables rely on a spring to close the throttle.

Very little specifically to keep an eye on, worst corrosion that ever appeared on mine was on the oil filter.


I don't ride mine all year but it lives outside year round within a few hundred...
