Yeah I'd seen that. The only way I could get a good deal on my broadband was to take their Volt deal with an O2 SIM I'll never use

Yep, wife's insurance quote for a 23 yr old MR2 Roadster went from £190 to £347. She managed to get a deal though.

I changed from a 2001 Honda Civic coupe to a 2011 Audi A6 saloon this year, got a hell of a shock because I haven't paid more than £250 a year for a long time. But a lot of insurers are blaming cost...

We had some pretty heavy weather down here yesterday and the water filtration/pumping station got flooded and broke down. We were without water for 24 hrs. Lots of flooding all over the county.

Just flicking through the TV channels and QVC have their Christmas Grotto program on. Its only just gone June FFS and they are saying get in early and be prepared for Christmas!

Audio levels in films. Dialogue is quite quiet so we have to turn the volume up, but then music/action kick in and the volume is suddenly too much and we have to turn it down. Then back to dialogue...

Just want to say thanks to the four lads who thought it was acceptable to be chatting very loudly from midnight to 4:14am when the rest of the campsite had gone completely silent and gone to sleep....
