I had one fail, resulted in the entire contents of the fuel tank draining into the sump and contaminated the oil.

I replaced the diaphram myself and no further problems after that.

It was a while ago.. but IIRC

Feed off bike plugged into the heated inner jacket and then the gloves plugged into that.
