Picked the sv up from South Wales super bikes, brand new. Rode it home, wife went to take it out for a blast and dropped it.hadent owned it for more than2 hours.

striped breaks down replaced seals, changed engine oil and filter, cleaned and removed the effects of winter riding oiled chain. tomorrow replace front discs

cheap running shoes are the way ahead, the less cushioning the better. wouldn't dream of spending more than £50. using more miles fell running shoes at the moment.

The trouble is it gets addictive, it starts with a 5 k then a 10k, before you know it you are running marathons. Then you start thinking can I go further. On the bright side the more you run the more...

Nice to see this thread up and running again. Last year was a bit of a wash out only managed 278 miles. Hoping to do 1500 this year.have entered the might contain nuts Brecon ultra in December ....

Take dog out on long walks, go running, ride the bike. I Left the army back in july, dont start next job untill the middle of jan. to be honest i dont know where i am going to find the time to work....

use the bike every working day, in the spring come summer i love it. In the winter when its cold, icey, dark and raining i some times wish i was in the wifes car.

couple of months left to serve in the Army, then i expect to be in the same situation. Best of luck looking for a job. Lots of FTRS contracts comming up, worth a look
