The last week has mainly been man flu followed by just feeling ****e.
I'm really hoping to get back out soon.
Just about got the get up and go to make myself do the physio exercises at the moment.

I get paid last Friday of the month, all the bills come out on the 2nd.
I'm practically skint by the 3rd, and repeat every month.


And I had to buy a set of tyres and a new chain and sprockets...

Got out this morning!

Yay.

Only 3.6 miles as physio instructed short and slow.
It was amazing to get some air and head space. I really missed it. Even got a top up double dose of nettles.

Physio says I can run again. Albeit not very far, not very fast with a shortened stride. But it's better than nothing. I have to build up the damaged muscle not do more harm. He was happy with my...

I'm on my second Vaillant boiler. To be fair I did move house.
Both properties had a prehistoric boiler when we moved in. The house we are in now had one that was part of the worktop in the kitchen....

Darren just drill that central lug out, drill a hole in the wall and screw another hook in the plug.
