Hey Rowdy good to see u. I would start by checking or just replacing the temp sensor as its a very important part of the sv running electronics maybe even replace the thermostat while your at it.

if one end comes from the fuel tank then where does the other hose go. it might just be a case of adding a barbed straight joint in place of the can if there is enough wiggle room on the hose.

GSXR front end conversions are expensive and all you gain is adjustability and better brakes. you can fettle the front of the standard forks...

i've services bikes where the fluid has been black and the brakes still worked perfect. i personally think its the manufacturers covering their behind or its just to sell more fluid.
