if you have moved the secondary screw for the STVA butterflies then you have screwed the settings and you are feked. you need to take the TB's off and set them with verniers and the STV with a meter....

i chased my tail for 3 seal changes before i had to swap the tubes out as the bushing in the tubes (not the stanchion) were too worn letting the stanchion rattle which cased enough play to let oil...

dont bother is my take on it. carbs dont need balanced that often. if they do then there is something else causing problems. attaching anything to the adjuster could cause it to move with vibration....

you need special tools to work with cartridge forks. the cost is about 100 for the tools. if you have an impact gun.


biggest mistake people make is not 'degassing/bleeding' the cartridges when...
