Tried that method with and old VFR 400 tank, it kinda works, Classic bike mag took that one stage furher though by bubble wrapping the tank and attching it securely to the inside of a cement mixer !...

Buddliea's can be a right pain, their seeds can be windblown or deposited in bird poo, same with hawthorn's although theyre a bit slower growing tbh, we get rowan tree's and English maple all over...
