That's the same as Suzuki, won't sell me the bolt, grommet and shoulder washer from my fairing lowers that I've lost but they offered to sell me a whole fairing fitting kit instead. eBay it is then.

I feel your pain, we've brought in a cloud based system to replace our servers at work. Unfortunately about 50% of our documents are nested Excel spreadsheets, which the new system can't cope with....

Council were out in force with leaf blowers today, as much as I appreciate their efforts, especially on Saturday, I'm not sure what they achieved by blowing all the leaves into the road.
