Haha, indeed I did "pop in" a day or two ago. although was a laptop rebuild that remembered my setting & password (I'd better change them as I've no idea what they actually are) at some point.

Oh yeah, little older bit more broken; but still here. got a rebuild on the go as well as three bike to maintain, but obviously not much for others just now.

indeed understandable over the last 18 months or so, I still get out for a half a dozen or so decent rides up country each year as well as the local stuff, I believe the Selkent group do most stuff...

you may want to try getting a pair of early GSXF (600 &750 are the same), they are two piece a lead inner and a steel cover, almost twice the weight of standard SV ones.

I run it on 720 most of the time as that is well clear enough for reading numberplates and also don't normally use the screen, although I do carry a spare battery as a precaution.

looks to be identical to my SJ4000, I've been using for a couple of years now, battery lasts about 4 hours and on a 32gb micro sd you'll get about 5 hours recording with few problems (mine is setup...

They are Yamaha part number, I'd suggest you try a Yamaha dealer perhaps.

Edit- I've just tried a google search, even Amazon do them.
