Re: The running thread.

Well I made it out this morning. O. came with me. He has a stinking cold but was dying to get out on his bike. Unlike his big brother who preferred to fester in bed.
4.7 slightly slower than normal...

My Nan died last night. 91 not a bad run. Shame about the dementia at the end.

Finally found time between sanding to get my sorry carcass out for a run. Ugly Loop 6.5 hard but enjoyable wet and windy miles.

Re: Smile of the day - What is yours?

Picked up my new to me car today. Out with the 9 year old scenic, in with the 2 year old Qashqai. Nice to have a car that starts first time and doesn't have a dent in two doors. Hopefully it stays...

Re: The running thread.

Works mental and I just can't find my way out the door once home. Add constant decorating at the moment, and...

Yay, someone else who runs... Good on you DD.
Good luck with the training, and for me. It's not about pushing myself to try to get faster, but in finding and maintaining my running style and my...
