Should be fine as long as you laid it down gently and the derailleur hanger is not one of those made of cheese.


We do get a lot of customer throwing bikes in the back of cars derailleur side...

It was partly fuel in the oil, leaking past a dodgy float needle / seal, already in there from the previous owner. That wasn't the main issue as it confused diagnosis as it has similar symptoms to...
