car and vans costing me at the moment, just replaced both front lower arms, drop links and track rod ends on the car. Had its mot this morning, needs 2 new tyres and rear...

I've given up looking for a van at the moment and sticking with the mk7 transit for now. I'm hoping once the extended ulez or what ever it is in London later this year will mean more people getting...

I'm in the middle of doing a camper conversion, I started November last year with buying a van. It's probably about 50% done but I have most of the stuff to get it to 90% done, need to buy a sink/hob...

From what I understand there's a few factors,

1, as you say the need for delivery drivers as that's gone through the roof now
2, 30% less new vans and 4x4s (navara that sort of thing) have been...

It's the same with van prices at the moment, I was looking at replacing my van earlier in the year around the £8/9k region. Those same vans are now going for £12/13k

Trev- this is 3rd time for us (I’m well outnumbered by the girls)

John- with the eldest it was bad, she was youngest in her college course at just 15 and there were women in their late twenties...

People leaving things tomthe last minute, this time a letting agent I do a fair bit of work for. Called me and asked if I can fit in a last minute job for them before a tenant moves into the property...

It's terrible sometimes waiting for people to pay, I was about £1600out of pocket in August after I paid a couple of subcontractors soon as they finished a job for me as well as a load of materials....

I had clutch switch fail on my first sv, then my third sv thevswitch has failed and been bypassed before I bought it and current sv has had 2 switches fail and has been bypassed for at least 8 years...

I've had a few clutch lever switches fail in the 15 years I've been on SVs. Current sv the switch failed so I bypassed it years ago

Bike insurance renewal came through at a whopping £240, a quick look on comparison site brings up a quote of £140. Called Bennetts and within a few minutes they had managed...
