They can't retain 3.70 in their head...

Re: The new Norton

Well the UK engineers at Norton don't inspire much confidence when they bolt the front mudguard on back to front.

Re: Bung or No Bung?

If you ever drop it, crash bungs just add to the list of things which will need replaced.
The idea that crash bungs can prevent your bike getting damaged in a collision/spill is utterly laughable....

What's a PSA?
Not a Citroen I presume.

Re: AL7 at 20,000 miles

Mine never bimbled, the throttle mostly only had two positions, shut or wide open.

Re: AL7 at 20,000 miles

There's nothing to attach it to and the seat is too small to get a big enough bag on for the stuff I need to take to work.

Re: AL7 at 20,000 miles

I had a white/blue one back in the day, it got dropped frequently, including the day I fitted new Micron pipes, dropped it on a roundabout two miles after leaving home and flattened the right side...

Re: AL7 at 20,000 miles

Yet to be determined whether or not the forthcoming 650 twin will be reliable.
Absolutely everything on the bike is brand new, as is the design, development and engineering team.
Its a seriously...

Re: AL7 at 20,000 miles

No, pillion pegs now look like this

Pillion pegs too far away from seat and too far forward.
Bag just slides down sloping...

Re: AL7 at 20,000 miles

Too much of a hassle, I just want to plonk bag on seat, whap two bungees across it and ride off.
Don't want to be doing any seat removal or fannying around.
The seat isn't big enough and there's...

Re: Wheel colour opinions

Gloss black all over, as shiny as you can get.
Easiest to keep clean.
Speaking from bitter experience, avoid white or light colours or exposed alloy on the rims at all costs.
