Default Adjustment of value for mileage

Anyone got a good handle on adjusting the purchase value of a used bike against its mileage?

Let's suppose that we have two bikes.

The first is a very good condition Y plate with average mileage (20K) and up for £1950 (it's not an SV by the way) which is just below book value.

The second is a W plate - slighty shabby (been kept outside most likely) but has only just over 2000 miles on it (yes really 2000 in 6 years!). The book value for this is £1790. What should I expect to pay for it?

Thanks!

Mat
