the figures for my bike are from a Dynapro dyno which reads lower but more accuratly than a dynojet one does. Mine has gained over 12bhp in the midrange and over 10ft/lb of torque, it now also pulls harder up the top end.
There are lots of other bits which give an advantage. The cam swop actually doesnt work as well as people reckon..you need to look a little further than that. An identical motor we have built actually makes more with std cams, so they are now going into my bike until some other cams are made to spec.
Electronics also play a part..which we will be testing over the winter with more airbox mods. Running the lid off isnt the way to go we have found..so there is more to it.
