Good stuff! The buzz has just begun for ya!
I remember passing my CBT and "racing" away from the first set of lights I came to on my 12bhp 125 mean machine, and quickly realised I was not going to make the next corner cos the road was wet and i had never taken a turn at speed(ahem 40mph
).
Stood the bike up and went straight onto the opposite side of the road and stopped at the kerb. The approaching van driver was not really in any danger. O f course I looked down at the side of the bike as if to say "mechanical fault" and also so he could not see the vivid red glow from under my visor.
Looped it a week later cos I thought I had wheelies nailed
I think I am just trying to say go easy , you got all the time in the world but you will have your fair share of "moments". Thats unfortunately(?) part of the buzz.
