I have an Oxford Stormex and think it's rubbish. I find that water runs down the sides, through the holes you lock it through, front and rear, and collects in the elasticated base. This turns the thing into a giant sponge, and capillary action starts soaking the water up the inside. It also then weighs down at the base and starts dragging in all the road cr@p.

Ride/Bike/some magazine said it was the best, but they only stuck a hose on it for about 5 minutes - One night of classic British weather and you'll be cursing the day you bought it! Mark my words - avoid.
