I have now had experience and here are my findings.
I ordered the part at about half past one yesterday afternoon and lo and behold it turned up this morning! As an added bonus I bought a second hand part but because they didn't have any second hand they sent me a new part for the same price.
Overall a positive experience and I will use them again.
