i'm assuming he's passed the dvla eyesight test and that's why he's admitting he drives. if he mounts kerbs because of his sight all that says to me is that the dvla test is wrong. if he's mounting it because he's a crap driver, that's something else...it doesn't actually say why he mounted it (no explanation from him).
