OK, I've had a good long talk with myself and I'm going to drop out. Sorry.
I never had more than a 50/50 chance of making it but I thought
on the basis that if I didn't manage on the night then I'd just lost my deposit, no biggie. Now it's full or even over subscribed though that suddenly seems pretty selfish. If I don't go and someone else is missing out (even Kilted's brother
) then no fair.
Sorry if it causes you any grief Quedos, let me know if I owe you anything. Happy to pay the deposit or full whack or whatever you need to not be out of pocket.
Oh, and I'm also rabidly, obnoxiously competetive and would probably have spoiled it for everyone anyway
