Update:
Just heard back from the garage no damage other than the stuff I'd spotted, so no
massive bills. A shade over £300 including labour and they reckon it'll be fixed by tomorrow (bits being delivered overnight- Wow Pete Hammond's in Cirencester seem to have a much better relationship with Suzuki parts than my local dealer!
)
Coupled with £350 of leathers (I've got spare winter gloves), this makes for a fairly hefty bill (Just under £700), but I suppose, like the injuries to myself, this could of been much worse.
Fingers crossed that my appraisal on Friday goes well and I don't starve next month.
Boss is v. understanding and has agreed to give me first call on any OT.
