Does anyone have any suggestions for how/where I could route/place a permanant connection (well plug at least) for my GPS (which I plan to have in a tank bag).

Currently have an OEM top box, the base of which is bolted into the place of the pillion seat, so I'd like an alternative to using a plug under there.

Had though about putting it on the fairing or sometin. But I'm a little bit worried about exposure to the elements.

Any thoughts???
