Ah but remember that you've got a pointy and my brother a curvy. It seems that a pointy is kinder to clip-on alterations as the front fairing is a bit higher and more forward than curvy's. Took it for a ride today and said it feels great on the back but needs some getting used to. More miles and we'll see how he likes them then. I'm guessing they're there for good. Maybe I should cut out a sticker for him, SVFR
Lower footpegs next Simon?
Update 19/03/07:
We spent a whole day running about today and Simon let me ride the bike and let me tell you it feel great. Suzuki should put the risers as an option and forget all about the vstrom, the SV looks loads better.
Regarding the windscreen problem I thought of posting this picture to show the alteration we had to make in order to avoidmit hitting the bars on full extension.
