Perhaps you could check and see if your local library has / can get the Ron Haslaam DVD? Or perhaps a mates got a copy. I got it for christmas and it's a good watch. They show you what goes on at each of the levels and it just looks great - end of story.
I should also think that if you visit their website of give them a call, you'll get all the answers you'd want.
