how much are they going to limit it by? even a family hatch like my focus diesel is capable of doing well in excess of 100, how many accidents are caused by speeds in triple digits? unless you limit everyone to 40mph you won't make any difference, but given the intelligence demonstrated by most of the politicians in london these days it wouldn't surprise me if they did
