I've jus had a call from Colin (Manager) of HG in Slough telling me my Kriega tail pack has arrived.

I want to use it on Sunday, and had little chance of picking it up on Saturday, but Kriega wanted £10 for next day delivery. To be fair, he did say it "may" be Saturday before it comes in, but I knew I could get there if I really had to, it was just a little inconvenient.

So, well done Colin, made a promise, kept to it, and has given me plenty of time to go and get it (I finish at 16:30 on Friday, so I'll get it after work). HG did charge full price (£55) but I don't mind when I good service, and of course, there's no carriage charge
