End of June is the wife's Birthday, first week of July is the wedding anniversary, and I know she'd like to visit he Scottish Islands.
So, how easy is it to get to somewhere like Isle of Arran or Kintyre for a long weekend ? We live minutes from Heathrow, but I guess the smaller regionals don't fly out of there... The other option is somewhere on the mainland..
We are very "easy" hikers, we like the idea of walking on our green & pleasant land, but not if it's too much hard work
That's what you get being brought up in London...
