Had some new tyres fitted on Friday and thought I would send the old one off in style so did a fairly smokey burnout - great fun! However whilst cleaning the bike over the weekend I noticed that the back of the numberplate and the undertray has a nice line of rubber blobs all over it that refuse to come off!

Anyone got any tips to remove it? Dont really want to scrape them off as I am worried about damaging the plastic...
