A K&N you could probably get away without a re-jetting, its just a re-usable and slightly better flowing OEM replacement. The Race RS is an extreme filter with pretty much the whole plastic top bit hacked out ... as such it requires a complete re-jet and dyno setup ... the Race RS gives more power, but will cost you big in dyno time ...
If with this info Hovis decides against it, how much for the Race RS?? I fancy one for my track/racebike as it is gutless and could do with that coupla extra HP!!
