Just noticed a nail in my rear (tyre) too this morning........

I'm quickly realising that biking is not as cheap as I thought!
I had my own method of fixing it (that I am evidently not allowed to tell you about ) but when I attempted to do it, I botched it (tried to do it with tyre still 1/2 on the rim and worked cack handed so it went wrong ), so ended up discarding the tyre and just using another one ... the one we see now damaged here!

Although I am not able to tell you my ‘free’ method, an ‘official’ mushroom type repair many garage will do for you are the best bet if the tyre is new (ish) I have run ‘proper’ repairs in car and bike tyres without issue and would not hesitate to run another if I wasn’t even too tight fisted to do that!!
