1- Depends how big the dent is really, but i would probably just live with it...maybe get it fixed if the price is reasonable.
2- Probably not.
3-Lower fairing is preferable on a curvy, but a belly pan can look good(alpinestarhero's looks ok). For a pointy i think lowers or nothing
