Ive bought a 99 (T) SV650s and couldn't have been happier. but on day one I was town riding in 2nd and managed to pull a power wheelie and finished up on a lampost. Luckily the damage is mostly cosmetic! I have since found out the bike has a BMC filter, Dynojet stage 3 and Micron serpent hydroflow system.....as a result the throttle is incredibly responsive....much more twitchy than the 500 I passed my direct access on.
I would like to de-sensitise the throttle a little to give me some margin for error.....Could i remove the air filter for a stock one without having to get it dyno'd....
