I snapped a snap on spanner once. When my mates, whos spqnner it was, handed it back to the dealer for a replacement, he aksed " How on earth have you managed to snap this (It was a 22mm ring spanner iirc) " To which he replied, with a lot of effort, a 4ft scaffold pole and a left hand thread!!
