OK .orgers, this is how it is going to work this year.

Looking at the location poll, it would appear quite conclusive what the masses want. Rick's (Viper) option looks to be the location this year. Now having spoken to Rick there are certain weekends that had to be excluded due to commitments on the farm. So the poll is a list of dates available.

The poll will be up from now until the end of September, so please do not rush into entering your chosen date. (unless of course you are reading this toward the end of September and have yet to vote

). At the end of September the four dates with the highest vote will go into a 2nd poll. This poll will run for two weeks. If there is one clear winner at the end of this two weeks, then this is the date for the event next year. If the voting is close between two dates, then a 3rd and final poll for one week will be submitted. The winner or that poll regardless how close it is, will be the chosen date.
