Nuts, eh? I shifted it about 2mm but it wasn't for coming off. The manuals make it look like it should just about fall off...

(incidentally, all those mocking Richie's timescales here, about 2 and a half years ago I bought an engine with a spun bearing, and picked up a good crank off ebay for £20, with the intention of rebuilding them into one good motor. And to give you an idea of how well that's going, Richie just got the gearbox out of that engine
