Viney is quite right. Who are you to say what's right or wrong anyway? There are plenty of people out there who'd say you were being completely reckless for taking a child on a motorcycle at all (even with gear on), or indeed, just riding motorcycle full stop.
We'd all be alot better off if we minded our own business.
