I feel like crap today, back to work on Monday and have to well and fit by then!
So whats the best way of getting rid of it? Suggestions, ones that work would be useful, though I don't expect too many serious replies!
Was went to be out partying tonight

instead I will be killing alens and nazis playing halo and wolenstein on my xbox, haven't used that since the summer after coming out of hospital......not bike related or an accident I just had to fixed! I really am bored!
