Re: Anyone use eBike insurance?
I've not used them, but....I'm about to take out my first policy and eBike came out top at £383, until I called expressinsurance and they beat it down to 285 and reduced the excess to 250.
What put me off eBike was the confused.com site didnt submit to them the fact that I had an Almax chain, and when I went to the eBike site and changed the security bit, it didn't affect the quote, despite the fact that eBike claim to give better deals to people who have Almax stuff.
When I called them up to see what was going on the answer machine put me off, saying that everything quotewise was done on t'internet. I hate companies that don't have real people to help you out.
Just my 2penneth, maybe I'm being picky.
