Default Setting The Front Cylinder Timing

Hi Fellow Sv'ers

I had to remove and change the front cylinder head (ta hooligan) due to a rust-welded spark plug (damn the previous owner , just serviced when I bought it my arris )

Theres a couple of questions I need to ask as I dont have a service or haynes manual .

Could anyone please tell me the torque setting for the 4 cylinder head bolts (the long ones) .

I also dropped a testicle by not marking the cams/timing chain in my haste with tippex before I removed the cams (been a while since i played with engines , and dawned on me just after the point of no return ) , I have set the piston to TDC and got loads of marks on the cam , could you tell me (or a pic would be ideal) how the marks align up on them at TDC.

Thanks In Advance

ETA , just had a thought , if i was to remove the rocker cover on the rear cylinder , that would be at BDC , so would the timing marks on the cams be reversed for the front ?
