Is it worrying that none of this supprises me... and they still wonder why they are some of the most hated folk in the world?

(and yes mine was unfair, I parked in free car parking bay as there wasn't any bike parking nearby. It is actually a rule in edinburgh where if you park in a car space when there is bike spaces available you have caused an offence.. But I asked the offending officer where the nearest bike parking was, he couldn't tell me... So how did he know that the nearest bike bay wasn't full?)
