You might well be right. This is what it says:
SV650 '03- LOWERING KIT. LOWERS THE BACK END OF THE BIKE BY APPROXIMATELY 30MM AND THE SEAT HEIGHT BY ABOUT 8-10MM.
Would that really only be 8-10mm (seat) that is still not much.
