Having never had any instruction I just kind of went out and did it myself. Probably totally the wrong way as well. Not sure I would do just a KD school but if it were to teach proper cornering techniques as well then it would be more valuable to the everyday rider. Any monkey can get their kneedown but to corner smoothly and quickly and safely takes skill. Good luck though Blue, sounds like you could be onto a niche in the market.
