Whoops

Well got told off today by lovely Emma (My physio), I had to "fess up" as I wasn't able to do alot of the things I'd prevoiusly been doing, apparently 200+ mile rides (read 5 hours worth of beating with a tenderising mallet) will strain the tendons (although having to do nothing on Wednesday* and thurday because of the pain, was perhaps a clue).

Seems I've a little internal inflamation, Emma has halved my exersises for the next week or so, she was quite annoyed (my knee), but I was basically told that the extra effort wouldn't make recovery any quicker, in fact could well slow things down.

So it's a bit of a slow down for a while, hopefully shouldn't make to much difference, just no more long rides and perhaps a bit more sitting.

So who's for going into the middle of London tonight and standing around for 3-4 hours then

* couldn't miss a pint with goood company now could I.

Cheers Mark.
