Indeed, we all had a great time. I had a laugh on my GSX750, didn't run out of ground clearance and made it to the edge of the tyres (and felt what it was like beyond....) and spent the day trundling around at my own pace. Which just happened to be faster than a few on sports bikes
, especially round the corners by the end of the day.
Track preparation consisted of taking the mirrors, screen, handlebar muffs and topbox off, winding the rear preload to max and dropping the tyre pressures.
Riding in the wet was a blast too.
