Pretty much the same as Tomcat...
Where I live, the nearest forest/woods is a pretty far trek, so we go in the car & take the tools with us.
Last time we went there, we found 5-6 tree houses that we'd built before, but that didn't stop us making another.
Sometimes it's the traditional style treehouse, other times it's proper survival type shelters. Depends really.
I also have all the local kids knocking on the door asking me to fix their bikes etc - but then, even as a kid I was fixing other people's bikes.
