Crikey, glad to hear you are ok, brought back memories of me last year, similar thing on the A534 between the A49 and A51, near Faddiley, lost it on the twisty bends.
after looking at the tank pic though it looks like you went in a lot harder than me, mine was pretty much just cosmetic and the forks but damn, least you came off a lot better than the bike!

and the what ifs and seeing it when you close your eyes does eventually go away but its all you can think about for a few days, scary stuff, least you came out of it on the right side.
